My work is rooted in the belief that we are not broken, but often disoriented by systems, survival patterns, expectations, and environments that pull us away from ourselves. I know this because I am walking the path too. My practice is not built from distance or performance, but from lived experience, devotion, study, intuition, and the ongoing work of returning to ease in my own body.
I create spaces for re-orientation — through words, breath, conversation, reflection, and community. Spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with their inner authority, soften the nervous system, and remember what has always been within them.
